For the past 15 years, Derek has been an entrepreneur, building and managing Falcon Film Studios, where he developed a passion for helping others create a future they can depend on. Throughout his career, he has guided his team members—many of them entrepreneurs—through important financial decisions, helping them build stability and growth.
